Eucalyptus Oil – The Best Way to Refresh Yourself!
A warm bath with active eucalyptus oil is effective in fighting acne, dandruff, and even bacterial infections. Its intensely herbal aroma can be used as an addition to baths, laundry, diffusers, saunas, or vacuum cleaners.
Description
Properties of the oil make it one of the most popular choices for aromatherapy. Its valuable ingredients give it strong antioxidant properties. As a result, it effectively protects against the harmful effects of free radicals. Eucalyptus oil is especially recommended for people with respiratory tract issues. Its refreshing scent is particularly appreciated during infections accompanied by a runny nose and cough. It is also useful for various diseases affecting the upper respiratory tract.
People who have trouble falling asleep and relaxing before bedtime can add a few drops to their bath. It is also an effective way to improve blood circulation, which benefits those with low blood pressure. Additionally, eucalyptus oil proves helpful for rheumatism and arthritis. When combined with a carrier oil, it is good for massages, helping combat pain, neuralgia, and migraines due to its warming properties.

How to Use
Natural essential oils are concentrated and volatile when in contact with water, so we have prepared some tips on how to use them safely in a dry sauna to avoid spontaneous burning of the oils:
- Use essential oils confidently for their aromatherapeutic properties while enjoying the beauty of their scents.
- Do not apply oils directly onto the hot stones in the sauna.
- Dose the fragrant oils carefully. It is better to use fewer drops than to overdo it. Always adjust the number of drops according to the size of the sauna.
- The best method is to use a crushed ice ball with the oil you prepared earlier on top. The ice will cool the stones and protect the oil from the hot stones.
- If you don’t have crushed ice, thoroughly mix the oil in hot water and pour it over stones that have been cooled beforehand.
Note: To prevent spontaneous burning of the oil, the stones must cool down below 200°C (392°F)!
