Registration is not required to purchase through the Glow Baby webshop. Customers who want faster checkout may create an account by entering a valid email address, personal details, and a password. Account access is available through the login page, and passwords can be reset through the forgotten password option.

Goods are ordered through the electronic order form. The webshop is available at all times, while orders are processed on business days from 07:00 to 15:00. After checkout, the buyer receives an email with order details. If an ordered product cannot be delivered, Fit-lab d.o.o. will contact the buyer by phone or email.

Prices are retail prices shown in euros and include VAT. Available products are usually delivered within 1-3 business days after the order is received. Delivery and packaging costs are charged separately when applicable and are visible on the invoice.

glowbaby.me supports payment on delivery and card payments where available. Free delivery and delivery charges apply according to the conditions shown during checkout and may apply only within Montenegro. Card data transfer is protected according to the payment processor and card brand security requirements.

Personal and card data are transmitted through protected payment systems. Card authorization and charging are handled by the payment processor in line with applicable security standards.

You may cancel an order by notifying us within two days by phone or email. If the package has already been sent, you are not obliged to accept it where applicable.

If the seller cannot deliver a product because it is out of stock or no longer available from the supplier, the buyer will be notified and may cancel the order or accept a new delivery date. Refunds are made as soon as possible and within the legally required period.

During major promotions or periods of high demand, an order may be cancelled if a product is unavailable before payment or order confirmation is completed. In such cases, the buyer will be informed about the cancellation and the inability to conclude the purchase.

Consumers may terminate the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, in accordance with consumer protection law. The notice may be sent by post or email and should include the buyer's personal and contact details.

Returned goods should be sent to Fit-lab d.o.o., PLC Moraca 8. Marta br. 55, Podgorica, Montenegro, without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice. The buyer bears the return shipping cost unless otherwise required by law. Goods should be unused, complete, and returned with documentation.

Complaints can be sent in writing to info@fit-lab.me. Buyers should keep the invoice. If a product has a defect, Fit-lab d.o.o. will act in accordance with applicable consumer rights and replace or resolve the issue within a reasonable period.
