For external use only. Do not apply directly to the skin before diluting. Do not use if you have intolerance to any of the ingredients. Not recommended during pregnancy or for children under 3 years old. Avoid contact with mucous membranes. Avoid direct contact with eyes.

How to Use
Natural essential oils are concentrated and volatile when in contact with water, so we have prepared some tips on how to use them safely in a dry sauna to avoid spontaneous burning of the oils:
- Use essential oils confidently for their aromatherapeutic properties while enjoying the beauty of their scents.
- Do not apply essential oils directly onto the hot stones in the sauna.
- Carefully dose the aromatic oils. It’s better to use fewer drops than to overdo it. Always adjust the number of drops according to the size of the sauna.
- It’s best to use crushed ice balls with the oil you prepared earlier on top. The ice will cool the stones and protect the oil from the hot stones.
- If you don’t have crushed ice, thoroughly mix the oil in hot water and pour it over previously cooled stones.
Note! To prevent spontaneous burning of the oils, the stones must be cooled below 200°C!
