Thyme (Thymus vulgaris) is a perennial plant from the mint family (Lamiaceae), rich in active compounds such as phenolic glycoside derivatives, flavonoids, caffeic and rosmarinic acid. It exhibits antibacterial, antiviral, and anti-inflammatory properties and is commonly recommended for respiratory issues. The active components of thyme relax bronchial muscles (spasmolytic effect) and support easier expectoration.

Primrose (Primula veris) is a low-growing perennial herbaceous plant whose pharmacological effects are attributed to glycoside forms of triterpenoid saponins, primula acid A, and protoprimulagenin A and their derivatives. These substances help thin and promote the secretion of bronchial mucus, while also stimulating the mobility of the ciliary hairs of the bronchial epithelium, thereby facilitating expectoration.

Iceland moss liquid dietary supplement is taken three times a day, depending on age, in doses ranging from 5 to 15 ml. It is suitable for children over the age of 4.
