During the Joseon dynasty, rice bran water was used much like a modern toner, called “Beauty Water,” and was valued for promoting beautiful skin. Rice bran is rich in amino acids and minerals that help hydrate dry skin.

Alpha-Arbutin 2%

Alpha-Arbutin works by inhibiting tyrosinase activity, which limits melanin production in the skin. It is also known to be 10 times more effective than regular Beta-Arbutin.

Apply 2-3 drops of serum to the skin and gently pat until absorbed.
